Land sales registration

Twin Peaks Village, Phase 1 (Carroll tax map 206, lots 58 and 58.1 through 58.8) is registered with the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau, under RSA 356-A, NHDOJ No. 2026184379, certificate issued September 16, 2026 and recorded at the Coos County Registry of Deeds, Book 1714, Page 293. Issuance of the certificate does not mean any public agency recommends the subdivision. New Hampshire law gives a purchaser an unqualified right to cancel a purchase and sale agreement within five days, as set out in the agreement.

Nothing on this site is a representation about rental income, appreciation or investment return.
